Cipriani Dolci Riyadh is bringing the seasonal tradition of Alba white truffles to the Saudi capital with a limited menu running from October 2026 through January 2027, subject to seasonal availability.
Fresh white truffles will arrive directly from Alba, Italy, and will be shaved over a selection of Cipriani signatures and Italian classics. The menu includes Homemade Tagliolini with White Truffle, Burrata with White Truffle and Cipriani’s original Carpaccio finished with fresh truffle shavings.
Other dishes include Pizza with Burrata, Steak Tartare, Veal Piccatine and Cauliflower Soup, each served with white truffle. Guests can also request additional truffle shavings, while Sunny-Side-Up Eggs and White Truffle offers a simpler pairing.
For dessert, Vanilla Ice Cream with White Truffle combines sweet vanilla with the distinctive aroma of freshly shaved truffle.
Native to northern Italy, Alba white truffles are available for only a short period each year and are known for their rarity and distinctive aroma and flavour.
The seasonal menu will be served at Cipriani Dolci Riyadh in Diplomatic Quarter Mall, Al Safarat, from October 2026 through January 2027.
