Ralph Lauren Presents 2026 Pink Pony Campaign, The Power of Us

Ralph Lauren is putting community at the centre of its annual Pink Pony campaign, returning for 2026 with “The Power of Us”, a campaign focused on the experiences of people affected by cancer and the importance of support throughout diagnosis and treatment.

The campaign brings together cancer survivors, patients and medical professionals whose stories reflect different experiences of the disease. Among those featured are model and ovarian cancer survivor Ash Foo, professional lacrosse player and rhabdomyosarcoma survivor Chad Palumbo, model and Hodgkin lymphoma survivor Marko Manojlovic, and author and model Saffron Vadher, who survived leukaemia. The campaign also features Dr Chanita Hughes-Halbert, Director of the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention, and Sam Suriakumar, a musician and consultant who is a brain cancer patient at The Royal Marsden.

Their experiences form part of Ralph Lauren’s wider effort to draw attention to early detection, access to treatment and the disparities that can affect cancer care. Pink Pony, the company’s global philanthropic initiative, supports research, screening, early diagnosis, treatment, education and patient navigation.

The campaign is accompanied by a new Pink Pony collection, which applies the initiative’s familiar pink-and-black palette to a selection of Ralph Lauren styles. Three pieces, the Pink Pony Twill Ball Cap, Pink Pony Oxford Shirt and Pink Pony Relaxed Fit Cable-Knit Sweater, will see 100% of their purchase price donated to cancer charities. At least 25% of the purchase price from the rest of the collection will also be donated. The collection launched globally on September 29 through selected Ralph Lauren stores, RalphLauren.com and wholesale locations.

Ralph Lauren is also extending the campaign beyond the collection. On October 17, its first Global Day of Shopping will see 5% of all purchases donated to Pink Pony. Throughout October, Ralph’s Coffee will serve a Pink Pony Latte, with 100% of the purchase price benefiting the Pink Pony Fund in the US, while selected international locations will direct a percentage of proceeds to local beneficiaries.

The initiatives build on more than two decades of Pink Pony activity. Since the campaign launched in 2000, Ralph Lauren has funded cancer centres and research facilities internationally. In January, The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation announced a grant to establish the UChicago Medicine Ralph Lauren Center, while in September it announced plans for its first Ralph Lauren cancer centre in Asia.

The Ralph Lauren Center for Patient and Family Recovery at South Korea’s National Cancer Center in Goyang is expected to open in 2028. Pink Pony currently supports 38 beneficiaries across 17 countries.
