Armani Hotel Dubai’s dining offering will take guests on a journey around the world from modern Asian cuisine to a twist on traditional Italian dishes, and now the property’s dining offering reaches new heights as Armani/Ristorante, the hotel’s signature Italian dining destination has now earned global culinary recognition with the award of a prized Michelin star. The announcement came earlier this year as Michelin arrived in the Middle East, awarding a select number of restaurants in the region for the first time. A total of 69 venues were recognised with just 11 restaurants, including Armani/Ristorante, being selected for star status.
Star criteria cover quality of ingredients, cooking mastery, flavour harmony, the personality of the chef reflected in their cuisine and consistency over time as well as across the full menu offering. “This represents a true milestone in the Armani/Ristorante culinary journey and is well-deserved recognition for our amazing culinary ambassadors. We were praised for both our professional, enthusiastic service and our precise, modern Italian cooking.
