Food & Beverage

There is no end of choices of dining destinations in Monte Carlo and it feels almost a home away from home with many of Dubai’s favourite restaurants having branches there. If you are looking for a very special experience Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, a restaurant by Yannick Alléno is located within the hotel and offers a unique culinary experience by the Michelin-starred chef. With a location overlooking the Bay expected to be indulged with a colourful menu that combines unusual and new techniques to turn local ingredients into unique dishes. Unexpected pairings and five-star presentation make this an experience to remember. Outside of the hotel and for a little taste of home head to Em Sherif – Monte Carlo. Located at the nearby Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo Em Sherif offers authentic Lebanese cuisine with a menu designed by founder and chef Mireille Hayek. Mireille pays tribute to her heritage with traditional homecooked dishes that will make your mouth water. When you’ve finished eating relax on the terrace for a shisha whilst overlooking the harbour.

For a more relaxed setting The Limùn Bar in the Beaumarchais lobby of the hotel is the perfect location for a casual lunch or an afternoon catch-up with friends. With some delicious healthy dishes on the menu, it’s the perfect guilt-free solution. We loved the Lobster Salad with mango and avocado followed by the Grilled Seabass. And continuing with the healthy theme head over to Elsa restaurant by Mélanie Serre at Monte-Carlo Beach which offers a range of Mediterranean dishes made with 100% organic ingredients. Situated by the sea, the menu boasts a wide range of dishes that use wild-caught fish with meals designed to make you feel good from the inside out.

As well as private spa rooms, cryotherapy chambers, solarium, sauna, wellness room and steam rooms. Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo features an indoor heated salt-water pool and legendary outdoor sundeck which has been visited by the who’s who of the area and many international VIP guests. We highly recommend a day visit during your stay so that you can enjoy the sunshine, relax and give your mind and body the time out it needs.

This summer the spa is offering a revolutionary new treatment for guests. myBlend by Clarins, the innovative treatment brand has been redesigned by Dr Olivier Courtin this year and is offering personalised treatments at the heart of its concept. Guests will begin with the new skin diagnostic mySkinDiag which looks closely at their individual skin condition and determines exactly what treatment they need, offering appropriate solutions. Then the treatment will begin with cleansing before using three elements: cosmetic treatments, LED mask and nutritional complements all designed by Dr Olivier Courtin. Our experience of the My Face Touch used a non-invasive hydrating treatment designed to resort the skin’s health and radiance. All of the products used have been formulated with highly concentrated formulas for the best possible results. The session used specific movements designed to promote relaxation and increase tissue oxygenation. Also available at the My Body Touch body treatments and My Signature Touch which combines the two and brings all the expertise together in one experience.

When you’re finished with your treatment head to L’Hirondelle Restaurant for a light bite. The health café offers nutritious dishes and a predominately vegetarian menu that complement the treatments and will make guests feel light and energised throughout the day.
