In the constantly evolving landscape of Dubai, these are the properties to keep an eye on in 2024. These four hotels promise to offer next-level luxury, culinary offerings from the world’s best chefs and five-star amenities.

One of the first luxury openings of 2024 in Dubai is the city’s new urban vertical resort, the One&Only One Za’abeel. The new luxurious hub brings all the life, energy, and glamour of the brand’s iconic beach resorts to a captivating cosmopolitan setting. The new property adds a unique twist to Dubai’s metropolitan skyline, with the hotel featuring two towers connected by “The Link” – a horizontal platform filled with a plethora of unique dining experiences throughout the year – led by Michelin talent including Anne-Sophie Pic, Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, Mehmet Gürs, Paco Morales, and Tetsuya Wakuda. Atop The Link is Tapasake, One&Only’s homegrown concept serving contemporary Nikkei cuisine against the backdrop of unobstructed views of the Dubai skyline and the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool. Guests can also enjoy vibrant Indonesian cuisine at Andaliman, the newest One&Only homegrown concept, alongside Aelia, a delightful restaurant inspired by the French Riviera. The Lana

Situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai, The Lana is one of the most hotly anticipated openings in 2024. The property opens to the public this February and comes with a host of luxurious amenities to enjoy.  Perfectly positioned alongside the azure waters of the Dubai Canal, the hotel has 225 rooms and suites, alongside a spa and eight restaurant concepts. The new architectural masterpiece was imagined by the prestigious Foster + Partners along with the interiors created by the (equally) awe-inspiring Gilles & Boissier, which together promise unparalleled luxury. Amongst the eight restaurants, exciting culinary highlights include Jara by Michelin-acclaimed chef Martín Berasategui, Mediterranean-inspired Riviera by the famous Jean Imbert and Bonbon Café Angelo Musa, which promises mouth-watering sweets. Another highlight of the impressive property is its rooftop infinity pool which offers captivating views of the Burj Khalifa and the expansive sun-baked desert stretching across the horizon. Arguably the jewel in the hotel’s crown however is the property’s fabulous Dior Spa, which is planned to open in the Spring. Situated on the 29th floor, the team behind the spa describe it as offering “an unprecedented luxurious well-being experience among the clouds.” Meanwhile, every aesthetic choice at the spa has been picked to promote peace and tranquillity in a resolutely Dior spirit. From the clear and luminous pale wood conducive to relaxation to the famous Toile de Jouy print, the décor immerses visitors in a timeless atmosphere for a beneficial inner journey in the heart of the metropolis.
