However, nutrition consutancy KeepEATreal has partnered with Eniverse Technologies to help come to our rescue in this department! They have launched Plotos, the region’s first platform solely dedicated to healthy food and wellbeing with the aim of kickstarting the health revolution in Dubai!
Users have access to nine different nutrition programs that have been designed by experts and are tailored to the needs of busy UAE residents. They also cater for a wide range of dietary and lifestlye requirements, including paleo, vegan, detox and wheat free. Plotos aims to make users healthier and more informed about the choices they are making when it comes to diet.
The Plotos delivery app allows making these choices to be easier and more convenient. Customers will be able to order from a large menu of healthy options, all picked from Dubai’s top restaurants with easy online payment options. All the dishes will have a full breakdown of calories and macro-nutrients (carbs, protein and fat) so the user is fully aware of what’s in their meal.
