Practicing yoga also increases serotonin levels, and these benefits are further amplified by taking a class in fresh air and sunshine.

Outdoor yoga pares the practice back to its original roots; it was conceived as a way to enhance people’s connection with the environment, and uses animals as the inspiration behind many of its iconic poses. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Arabian Sea, these classes at THE BEACH enable participants to be ‘at-one’ with nature as they transition between asanas in the fresh morning air, adding an extra dimension to the session and intensifying the yogic experience.

The complimentary yoga classes at THE BEACH are led by friendly and experienced instructors, who are on hand both to encourage and assist participants, ensuring they get the most out of their morning yoga sessions.

Places at ‘Yoga by the Sea’ are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Yogis looking to secure a spot should arrive 30 minutes before the class starts and remember to bring their own mat, towel and water.
