Iconic New York luxury eyewear brand, Morgenthal Frederics proudly partners with duo designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia for the Oscar de la Renta x Morgenthal Frederics eye-wear collection for Spring 2018.
The eccentric glasses were first seen on the Oscar de la Renta Spring 2018 runway show in September 2017. The launch of this exclusive partnership features a one-of-a-kind set of four styles in four different colours, all designed in natural buffalo horn material.
The elegant timeless shapes in this collection come in Navy/Crème, Tortoise/Crème, Black/Crème or Pure Crème, with various shapes from classic rectangle frame to vintage round frame, a bold cat-eye frame and a large square frame.
Morgenthal Frederics’ designer Jeff Press says, “Oscar de la Renta is such a beautiful and iconic brand—we were
very excited to partner on this amazing collection for which we could use our trademark natural buffalo horn to create one-of-a kind sun wear.”
The Oscar de la Renta x Morgenthal Frederics collection is now available across all Morgenthal Frederics and Oscar de la Renta boutiques nationwide. Produced in a limited quantity of 300, also each frame will come with a special custom leather case.
