Every season, we have designers who come up with new eccentric ideas to catch the world’s attention. And this year, it was Saint Laurent who caught us by surprise with their latest pair of rolling stilettos. Literally!

As if heels are not challenging enough; being one of Anthony Vaccarello’s first products for the Parisian house, these new bold part heel and part roller-skate shoes might be impractical for some, but for others it can be the perfect accessory for a woman who is running in between meetings. The stilettos feature a three-plus inch heel with roller skate wheels attached to the bottom, plus kick-stop brake underneath the shoe’s platform. The shoe comes in various designs, embellished with pearls, snakeskin, and sequins. Four years ago, the French maison launched the roller skate sneakers, however one must say that this recent debut is on a whole different level.

As part of Saint Laurent Fall 2017 collection, these killer shoes are $2,600; and you are looking to be closer to the ground, a sneaker version can be purchased at $1,195, which you can only by in-store. It’s tough to imagine the right scenario where these killer wheeled heels would be appropriate to wear them to.
